This guide provides detailed instructions on how to manage cloud storage on the Camovue website and App, helping you efficiently handle your footage. This article will cover how to playback, download, delete images and videos from cloud storage, and request HD images.
Via Camovue Website
Part 1. View Cloud Storage Images and Videos
1. Find Cloud Stored Images and Videos. Visit Camovue cloud library to view images and videos stored in the cloud. The most recent uploaded images and videos will appear at the top, and you can scroll down to find older ones.
2. Use the Filters. There are 4 filters at the top of the Cloud library that allow you to quickly sort images and videos by device, detection type, date range, image or video.
- Device Name: If you have multiple cameras, click the device name to select the cloud storage content of the camera you want to view.
- Detection Type: Choose the specific alarm types you want to see. By default, all types are displayed. Additionally, animal detection allows you to filter by specific animal types.
- Type: Click to choose image or video for cloud storage content.
- Select Date: Click date to choose a specific day or time range for cloud content.
3. View Images or Playback Videos. Click on the image or video you want to view.

Images: Images are indicated without a play button.

Videos: Videos are indicated by a play button. Note: Videos uploaded to cloud storage are low resolution.
Part 2. Options for Requesting Higher-Res Images, Deleting, Downloading
When viewing images and videos, there are several options available below for you to choose from.
- Get Higher-Res Image (only supported by images): The default image resolution is low. Click “Get Higher-Res Image” to request and view "high-definition" images. If the request is successful, the HD label will appear on the corresponding image in the cloud library.
- Download: Save the image/video to your computer.
- Delete: Delete the image/video from cloud library.

- Landscape Mode: Tap the square icon to view image or video in Landscape Mode.

Delete: Tap the Trash Bin icon to select the specific cloud image or video you want to delete, or tap "Select All" to clear all cloud storage.
