Users can cancel their cloud subscription at any time. To cancel your current cloud plan, you can easily do so through the Camovue web browser or the App. Follow the simple steps below for each platform to manage your subscription. This article will be divided into the following two parts:

Cancel Camovue Cloud Service Instruction
Step 1. Enter the Cloud Plan settings interface.

Web: Access Camovue Account: Camovue Cloud: A Safer Place for Your Recordings. Go to the Cloud Dashboard interface, click on the camera to enter its cloud information interface.

App: Open Reolink App, tap the > button.
Step 2. Click three-dot icon, click Cancel plan and follow the instructions to cancel the cloud plan.
Important Notes for Cancelling a Plan
1. Cloud Plan Activation and Refunds
The cloud plan will take effect once you successfully pay for it, and even if you don't use it, it will still be consumed. If you wish to cancel the cloud plan, the prorated refund will be calculated from the payment date, not the date you begin using the cloud service. For Camovue SIM card users, the refund amount will first deduct the fixed costs incurred for the current month, and then a prorated refund will be calculated based on the usage period.
2. Impact of Plan Cancellation on Unlinked Devices
Once a plan is canceled for a camera that has been unlinked from the account, the historical data (such as usage records and validity period) of that plan will no longer be available for viewing.
