Switching your cloud plan on Camovue is quick and easy. Whether you want to upgrade or downgrade your plan, follow the simple steps in the Camovue web browser or App to make the change. This article will include the following two sections:

Steps to Switch Camovue Cloud Plan
Method 1. On the Camovue website
Step 1. Access Cloud Dashboard and Camera Cloud Plan Settings
1. Log in to your Camovue account on My Cloud - Camovue and enter the Cloud Dashboard.
2. Click on the camera to enter the camera's cloud information interface.
3. Click the three-dot icon and select "Switch Plan."
Step 2. Switch Cloud Plan
1. Select your country/region, choose the plan you want, and click "Subscribe."
2. Enter your billing address, verify that the information is correct, check the confirmation box, and click "Yes, Switch to New Plan and Pay Now." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase and switch your plan.
Method 2. On the Camovue App
Step 1. Access Camera Cloud Plan Settings.
Click the triangle icon to enter the camera's Cloud Plan settings. Click the three-dot icon and select "Switch Plan."
Step 2. Switch Cloud Plan
1. Select your country/region, choose the plan you want, and tap "Subscribe."
Important Notes for Switching Camovue Cloud Plan

Switching cloud plan will take effect immediately.

If the remaining balance from the previous plan is insufficient to cover a full cycle when switching to a plan used for Camovue SIM card, you will need to pay the difference to complete the full cycle before the switch can be processed.
