Camovue cloud plan can be renewed at any time. Renewing your Camovue cloud plan is simple and hassle-free. Just follow the steps in the Reolink App or web browser to ensure uninterrupted access to your cloud services. This article will introduce three methods for renewing Camovue cloud subscription plans:
Note: For users accessing via the Camovue App, since the operation process is the same as on the Camovue website, you may first refer to the website instructions. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Cloud Plan entry for the Camovue App.
Method 1. Manual Renewal of Camovue Cloud Plan
Step 1. Access Camovue Account: Camovue Cloud: A Safer Place for Your Recordings
Step 2. Go to the Cloud Dashboard interface, click on the camera to enter its cloud information interface.
Step 3. Click three-dot icon, click Renew plan and follow the instructions to renew the cloud plan.
Method 2. Automatic Renewal of Camovue Cloud Plan

Auto-Renewal Support:
- The cloud plan supports auto-renewal, which can be enabled only while the plan is still valid.
- The add-on data plan does not support auto-renewal.
Auto-Renewal Management:
- When auto-renewal is enabled, your payment method will be saved in "My Payment," and you can manage it at any time.
- You can disable auto-renewal at any time by logging into the cloud dashboard. If you disable it and wish to continue using the cloud service in the next period, you will need to manually renew your plan.
- If the plan expires (or is canceled), the "auto-renewal" will be automatically turned off.
2. Automatic Renewal Instruction
Step 1. Go to the Cloud Dashboard interface, click on one camera to enter its cloud information interface.
Step 2. Click Show More, enable the Auto-renewal feature, finished. The auto-renewal settings have been successfully completed.
Method 3. Bulk Renewal of Camovue Cloud Plan
Cameras that support bulk renewal must meet the following conditions:
- The subscription plans must be applicable to the same country/region (selected during initial subscription).
- The subscription plans must be paid in the same currency.
- The subscription plans must not have auto-renewal enabled.
Once you select one camera, the system will automatically filter and display other devices that meet these conditions for you to choose from. If your cameras do not support bulk renewal, after selecting bulk renewal, no cameras will be available for you to choose.
Step 2: Renew the cloud subscription plans.
Select the cameras you wish to bulk renew the cloud subscription for, click Renew Plan, and enter the corresponding Billing Address, then follow the instructions on the website to complete the subscription.
