1. How to Enable Push Notification Sound

Step 1. Enable Notifications and Sound for Camovue.

Go to your phone's Settings > Notifications, find the Camovue App, tap allow notifications, and enable Ringtone to play a sound when a notification is received.

Step 2. Ensure Your Phone is in Ring Mode.

Go back to your phone's Settings > Sound, set your phone to Ring Mode, and avoid setting it to Silent or Vibrate Only, as the notification sound will be turned off in those modes.

3. How to Set a Custom Ringtone for the Camovue App

Android systems generally support custom push notification sounds (depending on the device and its settings interface). To set a custom ringtone for Camovue notifications:

3. Look for the option to choose a custom ringtone.

• Locate the Ring/Silent switch on the left side of your iPhone.
• Flip the switch up (toward the screen) to turn off Silent Mode.
• A pop-up will appear on the screen confirming that Silent Mode is off.
