How to Install microSD card in Camovue Talon Series Cameras

Installing a microSD card in your Talon camera enables local storage for recordings and snapshots. Follow these steps to set up your microSD card:

1. Gather Materials and Power Off the Camera

• Materials: Talon camera, compatible microSD card (up to 256GB microSD card).
• Action: Ensure the camera is powered off before you start the installation.

2. Locate the microSD Card Slot

• Locate: Open the camera to access the internal card slots. You will find two slots inside. The microSD card slot is on the right.
  

3. Insert the microSD Card

• Insert: Align the microSD card with the slot on the right. Insert the card with the metal contacts facing down. Gently push the card in until you hear a click, indicating that it is securely in place.
  

4. Power On the Camera and Format the microSD Card

• Power On: Turn on the camera and the camera should automatically detect the microSD card.
• Format: Format the microSD card through the Camovue App by navigating to the storage settings and following the on-screen instructions.
