Step 1. Find the Reset/Test Button
Gently slide the back cover lock on the side of the camera to release the back cover and open the casing of the camera. Then you will find the TEST button.
Step 2. Press the Test Button
Press and hold the Test button for 5 seconds and you hear a short melody, indicating that the reset was successful and all the settings of the camera will be set to default.
Note: Please make sure the camera is powered on (the power indicator light is green) when you reset the camera.
