This guide explains how to use Camovue’s add-on data plans to quickly replenish your camera’s data and maintain uninterrupted connectivity. Below is an overview of how Camovue add-on data plans work:
1. Camovue Add-On Data Plan Guidelines
Each camera can support up to 10 active add-on data plans simultaneously. Please note that each add-on plan has its own validity period, and add-ons cannot be used without an active cellular data plan.
2. How Camovue Add-Ons Are Used
When the Camovue SIM card data plan is exhausted, the camera will automatically switch to any available data from active add-on plans. The camera will prioritize the add-on plan with the earliest purchase date or the closest expiration date.
3. When Camovue Add-Ons Cannot Be Used
If the cellular data plan has expired, the camera will no longer be able to access any remaining data from active add-on plans, even if they are still valid. In this case, users can cancel the add-on. You will be billed for the data used, and any unused data will be refunded after calculation.

Step 1. Enter the Cloud Plan settings interface.

Web: Access Camovue Account: Camovue Cloud: A Safer Place for Your Recordings. Go to the Cloud Dashboard interface, click on the camera to enter its cloud information interface.

App: Open Reolink App, tap the > button.
Step 2. Click three-dot icon, click Buy add-on plan and follow the screen instructions to complete the add-on data plan purchase.
