A confirmation email for your order is automatically sent to the email address you entered during checkout. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, here are some possible reasons and solutions.
1. Your Order is Pending or Canceled
If the payment has not yet been finalized, your order status is still pending. Pending orders are held for 24 hours. If the orders remain unpaid beyond the 24-hour pending period and are automatically canceled, please place a new order and ensure the payment is successfully processed.
You can check your order status by logging into your Camovue account at the Camovue Official Website and navigating to the Orders section.
2. Incorrect Email Address
There may be a typo in the email address entered during checkout. If you have multiple email accounts, check them as well in case you accidentally used a different address.
3. Email Blocked or Sent to Spam
