Camovue Return & Refund Process
Camovue offers a 30-day return & refund, starting from the purchase date. If your order is within the 30-day return window, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Camovue Support for Authorization
All RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests for products must be authorized by Camovue technical support. Reach out to Camovue Support with the information below:

- Brief Reason for Return:
Step 2: Receive Return Address and RMA Number
Camovue support will provide the nearest warehouse address and your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 2 business days via email after troubleshooting or diagnosis. Look for an email titled "Action Required: Please confirm your warranty solution for Camovue products."
Check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.
Step 3: Access the Warranty Service Page
- Copy the password (highlighted in Green letters).
- Click on the Warranty Service button to access the login page.
- Paste the password to enter the warranty service portal.
Step 4: Review Warranty Solution Information
Carefully review the information on the "Warranty Solution Content" page.
- If the information is correct, click "Agree" and then "Confirm" to proceed.
- If the information is incorrect, click "Disagree" and leave your comment with the solution you expected, then click "Submit". Our customer service agent will review and check its feasibility.
Step 5: Submit Return Details

If no return or payment is needed, verify your shipping address and click "Submit". If necessary, click the Edit button (the pen icon) to modify your shipping address to receive the replacement, ensuring the country remains the same as your original address (which can't be changed).

1. Carefully place all products and accessories in the original packaging if available. Otherwise, use a durable box with protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap). Remember to include all product accessories and documentation.
2. Choose an economical shipping courier and send the package to the Camovue warehouse address listed in the warranty solution email.
3. Enter the tracking number and upload the shipping receipt to the warranty service portal. Ensure the tracking number contains no blank spaces or special characters.
4. If a supplementary payment (e.g., for shipping fees) is required, submit your transaction ID and upload the payment screenshot.
Step 6: Refund Processing
Once Camovue receives your returned package, they will process the refund to your original account, the one you used to pay for the order, within 1-5 days.
