- The camera and SIM card are properly linked. Confirm that the camera and SIM card are still properly associated with each other (i.e., no SIM card has been swapped).

The following conditions must be met for the camera to purchase an add-on plan:
- The camera's current plan must include SIM data, and the plan must be valid.
- The camera must have fewer than 10 unused and valid add-on plans.

When a Camovue SIM card is inserted into a camera A and you purchase a plan that includes SIM data, the camera A will be associated with the SIM card 1. If card 1 is moved to another Camovue camera B, it will use the data from camera A’s plan. Therefore, the data usage shown in camera A’s data usage details will reflect the data usage of camera B, while camera B’s data usage details will not show any usage.
