Introduction to Recent Security Activity of Camovue

Recent Security Activity is a feature that helps you monitor and track the sign-ins and security-related events of your Camovue account. This tool offers you a clear overview of the security alerts and security-related actions you have taken in the last 60 days, such as logged in/out of the account, connected to/disconnected from Camovue devices.

How to View Your Recent Security Activity

1. Log into Your Camovue Account: Open the Camovue website and log into your Camovue account.

2. Put the mouse on the humanoid icon, and click Dashboard > Account Details.

3. In the Security section, you will find the Recent Security Activity option. Click on Check to view a detailed list of the security activities.

4. Review the Details

Expand/Collapse Arrow

You can expand the listed activity by clicking the expand/collapse arrow to get more detailed information, such as the IP address of the device (PC, smartphone, etc.) and the approximate location.

Time Filter
When reviewing your recent security activities, you can use the time filter to narrow down the events to a specific time range. This feature allows you to set both a start time and an end time, making it easier to focus on specific events within a particular period. Once set, the displayed security events will be limited to the chosen timeframe, allowing you to review only the relevant activities.

What to Do If You See Unusual Activity

• Change Password

If you spot the Unusual Activity section, and find the activity wasn’t from you, click on the activity and select It’s not me > Change Password > Edit (next to the Password option) and follow the on-screen instructions to change the password.

• Manage the Devices signed in with Camovue

If you’re concerned that someone might have accessed your account, we recommend clicking the Check button of the Sign in with Camovue to check all devices and Apps currently signed in with your account. From there, you can remove (Sign Out) any suspicious devices and take further action.

By regularly checking your Recent Security Activity, you can stay informed about any unusual or unauthorized access to your Camovue account. Taking immediate action when you notice suspicious activity, such as changing your password or securing your account, will help protect your information and maintain your account's safety. Stay vigilant and use the tools available to ensure your account remains secure.
